As much electromagnetic induction lighting, as Led lighting, use a phosphor layer to get the white colour or natural light. From an emission blue and/or ultraviolet that exited the phosphor layer, this light becomes a more secure and suitable for our needs.
The safety and light comfort depend on the correct transformation of blue or ultraviolet light into a more adequate and safe spectrum. Whether this happens, depend to a large extent on the quality of the emitter, the thermal design and the functional implementation of the luminaire.
SO WE MUST GUARANTEE THAT
Integrative sphere with temperature control, where the spectral test is performed at a stabilized temperature of 25 degrees, or it increases up to 75 degrees for to see its behaviour in the different thermal gradient found in industrial facilities.
Goniophotometer where the implementations are tested with different optics and we get the IES files, files that are used in specialized software, like for example the DIALUX.
Through these instruments, we design and adjust the lighting to your needs, we control the quality of the light emitted: colour temperature, chromatic coordinates and its performance before the thermal gradients.

Through these safety tests it is guaranteed that our products don’t produce harmonics or/and disturbances that affect to the coexisting technologies. Also, their immunity to them, because of in a real environment, there are transtiens generated by control panels, inverters, motors, etc.
