The regulations tell us that we have to differentiate between indoor and outdoor lighting and the level of competition played on the paddle court. Depending on the level of competition, an average light level and uniformity are required.

Class I LED lighting: Competition at the highest level.
Class II LED lighting: Mid-level competition.
Class III LED lighting: General training, physical education and recreational activities.
